Please check the available storage space on your device by going to: SETTINGS > GENERAL > STORAGE & iCLOUD USAGE.
(For older versions of iOS this section is labeled SETTING > GENERAL > USAGE.)
iOS automatically deletes content when storage is low, resulting in constant updates and missing content. We recommend leaving at least 200 megabytes of available storage space on your device so that your applications can install completely and content will not be erased.
If you are having trouble viewing the application’s content on your device, we recommend that you un-install/re-install the application to ensure that it functions properly.
To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the icon until all the icons begin to shake
2. Press the "x" above the program you wish to remove
3. Make sure the iPhone/iPad/iPod is connected to a Wifi network
4. Open the App Store on the iPhone/iPad/iPod and search for “Unbound Medicine, Inc.”
5. Select and download the application
6. Enter your iTunes user name and password when prompted
7. Open the program, then enter the username and password you created for the application
To transfer products you must have an active subscription. Users with expired subscriptions must renew the subscription to transfer it to a new device. Unbound products are licensed for use on one mobile and one tablet device at a time.
If you have purchased from our website and currently hold a username and password, please follow the below steps.
If you have purchased directly through the iTunes store, you will not have a username and password. If you should need to download this application again, please select the priced version you have previously purchased. As long as you are using the same iTunes account, iTunes will not charge you twice for applications that have already been purchased.
Yes. A wireless internet connection is necessary to install and update the software only. Once the software has been installed, a wireless connection is no longer necessary. Our programs are designed to work efficiently in areas where WiFi is not always available such as hospitals, classrooms, and clinical settings.
This message is generated when a product has been installed to more than one allowed device. Please contact the Unbound Medicine support team to resolve this issue in only seconds during our operating hours.
Our products are licensed for use on one mobile and one tablet device at a time. Installing the software to multiple devices can deactivate the subscription or serial number.

Applications will also not download as an icon but can rather be used to their own personalized website.
Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation page will appear on your PC. A link will be shown to prompt you to activate the account. From this link you will create the username and password, which will allow you to complete the download to your device.
If you should miss this link or prefer to create this information at a later time, please refer back to the registration email. This email is sent once the purchase is complete, and contains a link to register your account. If you do not see this e-mail within five minutes of your purchase, please check your spam mailbox. If this does not work please contact Support for assistance.

Open the app on your iOS device. Tap the Unbuond Medicine logo in the upper left hand corner. On the resulting menu, select "Update Content." Note that a wireless connection is required for any iOS updates.

The application can be launched from your device’s home screen. Tap the app icon and you will be prompted to do one of two things: Log in or Learn More.
If you have already purchased the application from the Unbound Medicine store, simply enter your username and password and tap the "Log in" button.
If you would like to purchase the application or if you have further questions, tap the "Learn More" button to view more information.
The home screen displays your selected content. To open a content resource, tap the desired entry in the list.
We recommend that you sync your device often to ensure that you have the most up-to-date content. From the app’s home page, tap the Unbound Medicine icon in the upper left corner.
On the following screen, click "Update Content":
You’ll receive a confirmation message when the update is complete:
To find an entry quickly and to avoid scrolling through an entire index, use the Jump To feature. Tap the "Jump to..." text box located just above the main index and the keyboard will appear. Begin typing the word you want to find. The cursor will automatically move to the location of the index that matches the characters you type.
The Unbound™ Platform allows you to mark important information as a Favorite so you can return to it easily at any time. To view your list of favorites, return to the home screen and tap the Favorites entry at the top of your list of resources.
To create a favorite, first navigate to the record you would like to mark. Once there, press the star icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
You can remove a favorite in one of two ways:
1. Return to the favorited record and simply deselect the star.
2. Go to your Favorites list, find the record you’d like to remove and swipe it to the left in order to reveal the Delete button. Next, click Delete.
Unbound Medicine’s Crosslinks feature enables you to access related content across different content channels within an application.
This feature will only appear when linked resources are available. If a linked resource is available, you’ll see the Crosslinks icon (opposite pointing arrows) appear in the tool bar at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the icon and you’ll see a new screen which lists all available Crosslinks. The icon appearing next to each entry identifies the linked resource. To return to the original resource, use the back arrow in the upper left corner.
The home screen displays a list of available content. To open a resource, select the entry in the list. Some Unbound Medicine applications allow you to edit your subscriptions by logging in to the companion website.

Many resources are organized by multiple indexes, all of which you will find displayed in a list. To select a particular index, simply tap its title.
To find an entry quickly, use the touchscreen to scroll or the "Jump to" feature as described above. To select an entry, tap its title.
Depending on the content, multiple subsections may be available when viewing an entry. To jump to a particular subsection, click on the sections icon at the top right corner to see a list of available subsections. Tap the desired subsection. The section you are currently viewing will be highlighted in yellow. To return to the entry page, use the back button. To select a new entry simply tap its title.
